Shipping policy
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delivery charges
Shipping charges is AUD $6.50 for each delivery.
Free delivery
Free delivery are offered if you spend over the minimum amount of AUD $70.00.
Delivery times
Delivery times varies between 2-7 working days depending on which state you are in Australia.
Delivery to PO Boxes
Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes at this time.
Checking your delivery status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within our estimated delivery timeframe from the time you have received your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@stylishbaby.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
