Returns policy
We have 7 days return policy from the date you've received your parcel. Outside of this we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that we will not accept goods if there is animal fur etc on the clothing as this is a serious health risk .
Goods must also be returned odour free - ( Free of Cigarettes , dampness etc)
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Underwear, Socks, Tights& Hair bow / Hair Ties and all hair accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within the 7 day timeline advised above if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement (if we have a replacement in stock) , or refund once we have received the returned item.
We cannot process a return for a faulty garment if we do not get the opportunity to view and inspect the fault .
We will cover the costs of return shipping.
Please do not send anything back to us if we have not been made aware of the issue/ fault and discussed this with you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
